The methods of molecular hybridization, polymerase chain reaction, and CRISPR-Cas9 system for this purpose are considered. Examples of the practical use of the developed methods for research and diagnostic purposes are given. high-throughput sequencing, oligonucleotides, microarray, amplification, diagnostics, exome, CRISPR-Cas |
