The decreased content of titin protein in examined muscles and decreases in titin gene expression in the myocardium of chronically alcoholized rats were found, which indicates the development of the pathological process. titin isoforms, ttn gene, myosin heavy chains, striated muscles, chronically alcoholized rats |
